Habit School Terms of Use

Article 1. Purpose
These Terms set forth the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Service provider and users in connection with the use of Habit School (the “Service”).
Article 2. Use of the Service
Habit School provides the following health habit management services.
- Food, exercise, and sleep photo verification and records.
- AI-based food analysis and blood test result analysis.
- Recording and tracking health indicators such as blood pressure, blood glucose, and weight.
- Sharing health records among users through the gallery.
- Habit points and HBT token reward systems.
Article 3. Membership and eligibility
- Users must sign in with a Google account to use the Service.
- Persons under the age of 18 may not use the Service.
- Users must provide accurate information and must not use another person’s information without permission.
Article 4. User obligations
Users must not engage in the following conduct.
- Collecting, storing, or disclosing another person’s personal information.
- Uploading violent, obscene, or illegal content.
- Defaming, insulting, or threatening others.
- Interfering with the normal operation of the Service.
- Accessing the Service through automated means.
- Distributing false health information.
Article 5. Content management
- Copyright and responsibility for content posted by users, including photos and text, belong to the applicable user.
- The Service provider may delete or restrict access to user content in the following cases:
- When another user reports the content.
- When the content violates these Terms or applicable laws.
- When the content is contrary to public order and morals.
- Users may report inappropriate content in the Service gallery, and the Service provider will review reported content and take action.
Article 6. Points and HBT tokens
- Habit points and HBT tokens are reward methods that can be used only within the Service.
- HBT tokens are not legal currency and do not guarantee monetary value.
- HBT tokens are not investment products and do not guarantee an increase in value.
- The Service provider may change the point and token policies after prior notice.
- If points or tokens are obtained by improper means, the Service provider may recover them or restrict the account.
Article 7. Service restrictions
The Service provider may restrict a user’s use of the Service in the following cases.
- Violation of these Terms.
- Conduct that harms another person.
- Conduct that causes disruption to Service operation.
Article 8. Disclaimers
- The AI analysis provided by this Service, including food and blood test analysis, is for reference only and does not replace medical diagnosis or prescription.
- Users must consult a medical professional for health-related decisions.
- The Service provider is not responsible for disputes between users.
- The Service provider is not responsible for Service interruption caused by natural disasters, system failures, or other force majeure events.
Article 9. Account deletion
- Users may delete their account at any time from the profile screen.
- When an account is deleted, all personal data, records, photos, and health information are permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
Article 10. Changes to Terms
The Service provider may change these Terms when necessary and will notify users of changed Terms through notices. If a user does not agree to the changed Terms, the user may stop using the Service and delete the account.
Article 11. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes related to the use of the Service will be submitted to the court having jurisdiction over the Service provider’s address.
